Processing and transit

We usually prepare an authorized order within approximately 1–2 business days. After the parcel leaves us, allow an estimated 4–6 business days for transportation, calculated separately and excluding weekends and relevant holidays.

Delivery details and tracking

Enter a complete, accurate delivery address at checkout. Tracking may take time to update after dispatch. Weather, carrier investigations, demand peaks, remote destinations, customs where applicable, or incomplete address information can extend the timetable.

Parcel concerns

For a delay, loss, damage, or a delivered scan without receipt, email wulecofedi420@gmail.com with the order number, checkout email, and tracking information. Include photographs when the parcel or product arrived damaged.
